Tammy has been serving the dental field for more than 18 years. During this time she has had the pleasure and opportunity to see many patients’ lives changed by their new smile. She is very compassionate and empathetic in the services that she provides. “Many of the stories I hear from our patients touch me deeply and it is so amazing to see the dynamics of generation after generation of families coming into the practice”
Tammy’s primary role is to manage the front desk and scheduling. She offers her assistance to all patients, doctors, managers, and team members to ensure that each day flows efficiently. Her voice is the first connection our patients have with our office, and her smile and always-happy face greets our friends as soon as they walk through our door. Our patients appreciate her thoroughness. Starting with the initial phone call, they understand what to expect: from scheduling the appointment, to the actual treatment, and then to insurance coverage.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading romantic novels, live theatre, being on the lake, league bowling, playing softball and volleyball, and relaxing at home with her Yorkies, Rose and Reggie Rice.
Erin graduated from Lakeland Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree, specializing in Dental Hygiene. She is also certified to administer local anesthesia to patients.
In her own words, she has “found a perfect fit “– an office where she can “educate patients and provide quality care unique to each individual”.
Erin is thorough, professional, gentle, friendly, caring and loves getting to know her patients. She wants to make your dental experience something to really smile about!
Erin is happily married to her husband Brad. They have a 6-year-old son Brady. In her free time, Erin enjoys watching her son at sporting events, she enjoys doing crafts, and experiment with cooking and baking new things!
Renee became “one of ours” on the first day that Dr. Chris stepped in his new office in 1997. Several years before that, after graduating from high school, Renee started her career as a Dental Assistant under the guidance and direction of Drs. Glen and Imogene Waddle. All our patients know and appreciate her. She is experienced, effective, professional, thorough, unswerving. And so often, Renee always knows just how to blend all these qualities with a great sense of humor!
Renee also completed courses in professional accomplishments:
- Assisting in Dental Implant procedures – Midwest Implant Institute
- E4D technology (same day crown procedures)
In our office we pride ourselves with happy and satisfied patients! Our patients and friends deserve a dental experience, not an appointment – and this bears tremendous responsibility!
As our Executive Manager, the one who best helps address these aspects, is Nancy. She is efficient, detail oriented, meticulous, knowledgeable and friendly. Her gentle touch, caring heart, empathy and great sense of humor have impacted the lives of many. Her role helps us continue to deliver excellent patient care, while enhancing it with staff participation! She balances out in a wonderful way kindness, caring and friendship, with leadership. Our family of patients knows her closely because of the exceptional rapport she establishes with every one!
Nancy takes the time to discuss and explain treatment plans, details the specifics of diagnoses and treatment recommendations, addresses every question pertaining to dental care, clarifies financial responsibilities, and helps our patients navigate through insurance coverage clarifications, various payment opportunities, and other reasonable options.
Nancy became part of our team in January 1998. She graduated in 1987 from Ohio State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. The first years of her professional life in Dentistry were invested in the office of a specialist in Periodontal Disease. In the past several years she also attended courses at The Midwest Implant Institute and Jameson Management courses for dental professionals.
Nancy’s personal life is focused around her husband Daniel and their two children, Jenna and Jared. As a family, they are actively involved in the local community. Nancy is spearheading various community programs within the local school districts and through these platforms she helps emphasize the importance of educating school-aged children on adequate oral hygiene and dental health.
